Quasi-retained option: All the same service and attention as the retained option minus the monthly fees.

The job will be specifically listed on our website and may be advertised in professional journals and on physician job websites. Although we are happy to work either way, the retained option allows more resources to be focused specifically on the opportunity and typically yields a physician faster.
