Amanda O’Neal, FACHE
Principal
Amanda founded The Brummitt Group in 2008 and works on both the consulting and recruiting sides of the firm. She specializes in strategicly planning growth and development for hospitals and physician groups. She also enjoys process improvement, marketing, and employee relations.
Amanda has more than ten years of healthcare industry experience in the areas of physician recruitment, physician sales, marketing, public relations, corporate wellness, contracting, business planning, and strategic development. She has held positions at Trinity Healthcare Services and HCA, Inc. Her last position was Director of Physician & Business Development, Marketing, Managed Care at Las Colinas Medical Center, in Irving, TX. Prior to entering the healthcare industry, she worked in sales and retail management with various large retailers. She has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Stephen F. Austin State University and holds a Master of Health Administration from University of Southern California. She is also a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
Sara Wardrup
Consultant
Sara started with The Brummitt Group in 2009 and focuses on physician recruitment, as well as consults with clients on medical office space needs. Sara believes in finding solutions that will make sense for the hospital and physician long-term.
Sara has seven years experience in the healthcare industry working with physicians on recruitment, new ventures and securing office space. She has held positions with Lincoln Harris CSG on the HCA North Texas and HealthSouth accounts and CB Richard Ellis on the Baylor account. In her last position as a Transaction Manager with CBRE, Sara worked exclusively for the Baylor Healthcare System performing site searches, community needs analysis’s, negotiating leases and acting as a physician liaison. Sara holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas A&M University.
Stacey Bravo
Consultant
Stacey began consulting for The Brummitt Group in 2009 in the area of human resources. She handles employee relations issues, policies & procedures, job descriptions, and other employer needs. Stacey strives to ensure employers have appropriate human resources practices while helping them meet the needs of thier business.
Stacey has worked in healthcare since 1994 including hospitals, independent physician associations, and physician offices where her jobs have included Human Resources Recruiter/Generalist, Office Manager, Billing Specialist, and Credentialing Specialist, among others. She has a Bachelor of Healthcare Administration from Texas State University. She is also a member of the Dallas-Fort Worth Healthcare Human Resource Association.
